I have enjoyed hearing similar courageously blunt tone from women of all ages living in Iran. 

While some women try to live and do their own thing despite the harshness of the orthodox values, these same women have developed proper communication tactics. Constantly having to deal with problems caused by authorities has had its rewards for some women, after all!
