At least five people have been killed in another suspected US missile strike on militant targets in Pakistan's border region, Pakistani officials say. Officials said a missile was launched by a suspected US aircraft in the North Waziristan tribal area. Pakistan's army says it is investigating the incident. It would be the third attack in three days allegedly carried out by US forces, who have not officially confirmed their involvement.

by Farhad Kashani on Sun Sep 07, 2008 03:26 PM PDTAnonymous44, you speak on behalf of the tiny minority in the world who “don’t get it”.
Those whom you call “innocent people” in that area, are 1- engaged in bloody suicide attacks against Pakistani and Afghani people 2- Declared themselves a sovereign state who want to establish an Islamic state like the Iranian model 3- Are engaged in fighting the American army in Afghanistan, which is not their country, and the army that is there with an U.N approval, and American public opinion, world governments and world people public opinion approval, and democratically-elected Afghani government request 4- have declared war on the United State.
That’s not “intervention in other countries”, that’s defending Pakistan, Afghanistan, U.S and the world from a fundamentalists ideology who is threatening civilization as we know it.
Those cowards whom you defend hide among innocent people and use their life and livelihood as shields to make it harder for Pakistan and the U.S to fight them back.
Get it right.
You don't speak for the world
by Anonymous44 (not verified) on Sat Sep 06, 2008 09:19 AM PDTMr. Kashani, in predictably justifying murder of innocent people, claims that "the world" is in support of such campaigns. Quite the contrary, Mr. Kashani, most of the people and governments of "the world" are against US intervention in other countries. Even the government of Pakistan today, after massive calls from the people of pakistan, cut off oil supplies from US forces in objection to the actions. Next time just speak for yourself and the two other people on this site who agree with you.

Cowardly, they hide among innocent citizens and use them as shields against Pakistan and U.S intervention. U.S, Afghanistan and Pakistan are fighting these fascist elements. The world wishes them full success.
