John Ging, the head of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency in Gaza, has said the region is 'on the cusp of catastrophe'.
He was speaking after an Israeli air strike killed three
Palestinians who were seeking refuge in a school run by the UN just
outside Gaza City.

And show me one instance that yours truly has played victim.

by Zion on Wed Jan 07, 2009 12:31 PM PSTIs it a blasphemy to criticize Gandhi now? He was without faults? Is that it? So many infallible Imams and you still look for more eh?
And my dear, I am not playing the cards, I am making a point. Playing victim is the specialty of your palestinians and I''ll leave it all to your side. You need not worry.
'Be thankful I am in a good mood today, otherwise I would have cleaned your clock[so to speak] for such an arrogant statement.'
Now, would Gandhi approve of such a thing? Nah nah ... . :-)

You can shout the deliberate lies of IDF alleged about arsenal storage in the school till you are blue in the face. World is not buying that crap. Sorry to say that.
No way in hell Israel can justify this one. They wiggled their way out of bombing the university, but not this one dearest, not this one.
This is going to haunt your conscious for a long time. I do hope.......

OK!
by Zion on Wed Jan 07, 2009 12:18 PM PSTWho should we listen to now? The marxist doctor who supports 9/11 attacks in his own context? or the UN who had their school turned into an arsenal bunker and launch pad, and a bomb maker as its headmaster?
You my dear are free to listen to any one you want, but don't expect anyone to follow whatever it is you say should be done. OK?
Zion
by capt_ayhab on Wed Jan 07, 2009 12:13 PM PSTAll due respect, at this juncture i would NOT, nor any logical human being, believe ANY report published by IDF.Israel has been caught lying too many times.
Allow me remind you of incident involving US humanitarian vessel which was RAMMED by Israeli before the incursion began, and during first days of aerial bombardment. Initially Israeli Naval force announced that the vessel has been hit by Israeli naval vessel by accident. However there was a CNN reporter on board who later reported that vessel was rammed on PURPOSE by Israeli ship.

Deadly Advice
by Zion on Wed Jan 07, 2009 12:15 PM PSTGandhi also used to give advice about non-violence in the face of the Nazis. He used to advise Jews to go willingly to their deaths to shame Nazis. Had the world listened to him then, I wouldn't be around and you would have been living under next generation of Nazis and probably not even heard of any Gandhi. Gandhi's method works only in face of adversaries like Great Britain and their public opinions.
"To everything its place. There is a time for war and there is a time for peace."
There is much more wisdom there... although it does not belong to the "pop version" and the "cool" type to put on your bumper stickers and feel all nice and dandy about yourself, like the one you quoted.

science of non-violence alone can lead one to pure democracy...Power
based on love is thousand times more effective and permanent than power

non-violence can be practiced only by individuals and never by nations
which are composed of individuals...The nearest approach to purest
anarchy would be a democracy based on non-violence...A society
organized and run on the basis of complete non-violence would be the
purest anarchy..........] Mahatma Gandhi

Ask Hamas to justify it
by Zion on Wed Jan 07, 2009 12:03 PM PSTThey are the ones using the site to store weapons and launch them. And while you are at it, ask the UN why their headmaster was Hamas rocket maker. They do this deliberately and the blood civilian death is on their hands only.

Here is the evidence, according UN officials and attending physicians, close to 40% of the dead are civilians. justify that my dear lady. You know very well I am opposed to killing. no matter who they are, but if you want to argue with the FACT that using DIME against an UN school full of CHILDREN is justified, then we need to talk about a different issue, that being you having no COMPASSION for any life.

Nonsense
by Zion on Wed Jan 07, 2009 11:43 AM PSTYou have said you won't waste your precious time many times already, and yet here you are again! What does that say about you?
Now if you want to quote the guy, do it properly so the context becomes clear:
'If the U.S. government has a legitimate right to bomb and kill civilians in Iraq, then there is also a moral right to attack the United States with the weapons they had to create. Dead civilians are the same whether they are Americans, Palestinians or Iraqis.”
When asked by Dagbladet if he supported the terrorist attack on the U.S., he replied:
“Terror is a bad weapon, but the answer is yes, within the context I have mentioned.”'
Given his record he is not a reliable source, but a radically biased one. That is why it is important to know this kind of information not to mistake such things with reality.
---
I have never advocated the murder of civilians. Please provide evidence where I have "advocated" any such thing. Is such childish nonsense all you can do? How old are you?
Dear Capt_ayhab
by IRANdokht on Wed Jan 07, 2009 11:23 AM PSTDr Mads Gilbert said:
" Dead civilians are the same whether they are Americans, Palestinians or Iraqis.”
Zion doesn't agree with that kind of statement...
do you really expect any intelligent argument from someone with that mentality?
sometimes you just have to decide to stop wasting your precious time with some people... end of story!
IRANdokht
Well
by Zion on Wed Jan 07, 2009 11:15 AM PSTAyhab, I just provided evidence to the contrary and all you could do was to repeat yourself as if all that you say must necessarily be accepted as reality by all the world. Get over it, and my dear, you've been treating me much worse this website already, so why bother now? :-)

Mads Gilbert
Mads Gilbert is a radical Marxist and has interesting things to say about 9/11 as well:

Zion
by capt_ayhab on Wed Jan 07, 2009 10:58 AM PSTI usually do not say this, but I honestly believe that you , just like Israeli Government are a pathological lair. School in question is an UN sponsored school, was being used by UN to shelter the people and children whose homes had been destroyed. UN officials had given the GPS coordinates to IDF, and IDF used most inhumane and most criminal weapon [Dense Inert Metal Explosive -DIME].
FYI
Dense Inert Metal Explosive (DIME) is an experimental type of explosive that has a relatively small but effective blast radius. It is manufactured by producing a homogeneous mixture of an explosive material (such as HMX or RDX) and small particles of a chemically inert material such as tungsten. It is intended to limit the distance at which the explosion causes damage, to avoid collateral damage in warfare.
The phrase 'inert metal' refers to the metal's non-involvement in producing the blast energy by chemical involvement in the explosion detonation reaction (as opposed to, for example, using aluminium powder to increase blast strength), rather than the metal being biologically inert.
An emerging criticism of DIME weapons is that the tungsten metal filler
may turn out to have unexpected strong biological effects in those who
are hit by the micro-shrapnel from DIME explosions.

Israel will prosper
by Aziz (not verified) on Tue Jan 06, 2009 10:19 PM PSTIsrael is a vibrant, modern and liberal society with a democratic government and a dynamic and committed citizenry that enjoys the support and sympathy of the Western world and the developing and emerging Pacific rim countries. Its immediate neighbors have made peace with it. Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt have resolved to live in peace with their neighbor. One remaining issue is how to resolve the plight of Palestinians, created by the self-styled liberation armies of Egypt, Jordan and Syria. It is too soon for these 3 Arab countries to muster the courage to own up to their misguided past politics.
Palestinians' secret weapon, a high birth rate, at the end, will only make life more miserable for themselves, as the rest of the world sees through this ploy. They will pay no attention. The most capable Palestinians will emigrate to liberal, free societies.
For 150 years Moslem nations have been humiliated, defeated and/or colonized by the West. Their undisputed institutional and scientific inferiority compared to Christendom has left a deep scar in their psyche. To blame others for all their ills, to claim a golden past that never existed, and to look for a small foe to hate, are all symptoms of a collective defeated mentality.
Finally: Anti-semitism is unbecoming of Iranians, who call themselves the descendants of Great Cyrus
