Jamie Glazov says leftists, jihadists both part of 'death cult'

Jamie Glazov, author of "United in Hate: The Left's Romance With Tyranny and Terror," has been invited by the David Horowitz Freedom Center to deliver a speech at a book club event next month.

Glazov will speak and sign copies of his book at the Luxe Hotel in Los Angeles, Calif., at 7:30 p.m. May 14. Registration and reception begin at 7 p.m., and registrations can be made by e-mailing Stephanie Knudson at the Freedom Center.

Glazov, a refugee from the Soviet Union, contends there is an unholy alliance between jihadists and people such as Michael Moore, Sean Penn, Ted Turner and Noam Chomsky. At the heart of the mutual admiration, he says, is a willingness to accept massive numbers of deaths to achieve their objectives.

What's bound to be most infuriating to those Americans and many other westerners mentioned in the book is the way Glazov uses their own words to make the point.
