This week, one of Iran's leading women's rights activist, Sussan Tahmasebi, stopped by NPR to speak to Scott Simon about Iran's upcoming Presidential elections. The issue of women's rights is a major issue in this election and this marks the first time that reform of women's rights has been addressed so specifically and in such detail in an election. In this election in fact, candidates have moved beyond vague slogans that emphasize the high cultural and religious value placed on women, to addressing specifically the demands voiced by women's rights activists.

they can change iran by raising their sons right. they are the one who born and raise the men and they are the one who can change them as well. if it ok for their sons to cheat and hurt their girl friends and wife, so they need to be in pain too.
