There has been record turnout for Iran's closely-fought election as incumbent President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad seeks a second term in office. "Voter turnout has been unprecedented," election commission chief Kamran Daneshjoo said, as long queues were reported at polling stations. Polling has been extended by two hours to 2000 local time (1530 GMT).

by nojanthegreat on

i know, his majesty was doing great a year ago , but I think he is surrounded with people who lost a lot in 1979 . they are pulling him back in to past.

he need to

1 understand things have change .

2 get to know his country and its legal system better

3 stop attacking the regime and start working to galvanize people to

stand not to the government but to Iran’s enemies.

4 and find the true barrier to Iran’s economical and social progress . blaming IRI is not enough we are to blame too .and for god sake we all know what this friendly western country did to Iran and his majesty’s father and grand father.

and before I forget , thanks kadivar that mean a lot too me coming from you

Blah blah blah

Typical reaction.

If no one shows in election day , you would say oh Iranian government is isolated.

When a lot shows you try to find other excuses.

We should had done this in the past. This is a fresh start and people need to remember to vote on parliament and shora elections down the road if they really like to improve their life.
