The claim is made that Ahmadinejad stole the election, because the outcome was declared too soon after the polls closed for all the votes to have been counted. However, Mousavi declared his victory several hours before the polls closed. This is classic CIA destabilization designed to discredit a contrary outcome. It forces an early declaration of the vote. The longer the time interval between the preemptive declaration of victory and the release of the vote tally, the longer Mousavi has to create the impression that the authorities are using the time to fix the vote. It is amazing that people don’t see through this trick.

As for the grand ayatollah Montazeri’s charge that the election was stolen, he was the initial choice to succeed Khomeini, but lost out to the current Supreme Leader. He sees in the protests an opportunity to settle the score with Khamenei. Montazeri has the incentive to challenge the election whether or not he is being manipulated by the CIA, which has a successful history of manipulating disgruntled politicians.

Please push back and stand firm and expose any attempt by any loony and IRI supporter in the West and among Iranians to undermine and underestimate and insult our people's movement for freedom.

Blast this misguided and confused Roberts. Email the hell out of him. Expose him. Him and anyone else who are standing in our way towards freedom and democracy. We were silence for 30 years and these brainwashed loonies talked, wrote and perpetuated propaganda for 30 years. All it did was make our people more determined to stand up for freedom. Now its our turn.

Whom ever wrote those words (PAUL CRAIG ROBERTS ex-Assistant Secretar) just insulted our intelligent ability to decide for our own country.

Those words written out of malice and intent to hurt and divide us at the same time. We will not tolerate them.

Whom ever wrote those, has no knowledge of historical breviaries in our country in the past 2500+ history.

Islamic terrorist regime is dead and gone. We will have a democratic non religious government soon. By the people for the people. Not CIA , M15, Mossad, whatever else is out there!

who would be delighted to find CIA involvement, practically make a career out of it, like Pepe Escobar and Dabashi on the Left, or Liberal muckraker Robert Parry, one of the reporters who broke Iran-Contra, who never even suggest this. While Parry suggests a bias in perspective, and that AN may have won, and the other two are sure of the rigging,  then you have Robert Dreyfuss, who fence-sits--maybe a little bit of both. But CIA does not appear to be in their lexicon here. Correct me if I'm wrong.

And then there's aljazeera. That paper is so convinced AN won they don't even dignify the issue as a question, and appear to be almost indifferent to the protesters. but never speculate about CIA. involvement. Even our resident IRI spokesperson doesn't--with O and AN in place, the future is bright.

These people get their panties wet every time they say CIA and would definitely do it if they could.

I don't think so...

I have bad news for you and your beloved Fascist IRI regime.

 

No amount of blind anti Americanism and “blame U.S.A” trick will save your IRI regime from collapse. Not this time around.

 

For 30 years, your regime committed every act of crimes possible against the Iranian people and the world, and justified it for its few delusional supporters by using anti American rhetoric and blaming America. Most people didn’t buy into it, but some did.

That all shattered in 1 week, last week.

 

The whole realized the true nature of this regime. I know the regime is trying unbelievably hard to somehow involve the West, and America in this. But no more. Trust me.
