Swedish PM: No apology to Israel

The Swedish prime minister says his country will not apologize for an article in a Swedish newspaper accusing Israel of killing Palestinians to plunder their organs.

"No one can demand that the Swedish government violates its own constitution. Freedom of speech is an indispensable part of Swedish society," Fredrik Reinfeldt was quoted as telling the Swedish news agency TT on Saturday.

Swedish top diplomat has also ruled out any plan to apologize to Israel.

"The government does not review individual articles or what ispublished in the press. That is not our task," Foreign Minister Carl Bildt told Swedish radio news.

In an article titled "They plunder the organs of our sons", the daily Aftonbladet said Israeli soldiers abduct young Palestinians from the West Bank and Gaza Strip and return their bodies to their families after removing their organs.

"Our sons are used as involuntary organ donors," relatives of Khalid a Palestinian man from Nablus told Donald Bostrom who authored the report, which was published on Aug. 17.

Bostrom has told Press TV that an international war crimes investigation awaits Israel over its soldiers' harvest of organs from dead Palestinians.

The freelance journalist underscored that the International Court of Justice -- the principal judicial body of the United Nations -- will likely investigate the report.

As if I have any interest in proving you wrong? I think it's really cool that you go out of your look only at an article from Press TV, and haven't even bothered to check with more reputable sources. That really says it all, doesn't it? :p

Are you telling me you read the "original" article in Swedish, and the dumping bodies on the street BS was there exactly as you are imagining it?!!!!

Do you read Swedish? Well I don't and until you come up with a verifiable translation of it, I keep calling you a sick bigot, you're far worse than that, but for now that'll do.

You seem to have not even bothered to read the original article that caused this controversy. You just read the article where the Swedes refused to apologize for it. Typical for you, right? And typical that you would accuse me of making things up, when in fact it was you who didn't bother to find out the whole story before spewing a bunch of bigotted filth.

Regarding the "allegations without supporting evidence", for sure they are allegations at this stage,  but what other supporting evidence will satisfy your bias than the fact some Palestinian has informed the reporter that his son's body was RETURNED by the IDF criminals with stitches on his torso. I'm sure the words of a Palestinian parent don't count much with bigots and you. All Israel has to do to refute these "accusations" is to release the autopsy report! 

Being a sick bigot and without any cause you come up with your usual claptrap and paint Sweden and its people with large brush of Antisemitism, and accuse them of being Nazis.

The only Nazi in this picture is you not the Swedes.

Your ref to Israelis as "zio-nazis"... during World War II, the Swedes were nazi-nazis. They were allies of Hitler. It seems with their allegations without any supporting evdience whatsoever that Israelis kidnap Palestinians, harvest their organs, and dump their dismembered corpses on the street, that maybe they stall are nazis. That's exactly the kind of blood-libel the Nazis used against Jews, to justify extreminating them. Sweden was not made to pay a price for allying with Hitler after WWII. Maybe that's why the lesson wasn't learned.
