Washington, 28 August (WashingtonTV)—The International Atomic Energy Agency [IAEA] brought Iran under more pressure to prove that its nuclear program is peaceful in nature, in a report published on Friday.
At the same time, IAEA chief Mohamed ElBaradei said that Tehran had slightly reduced the scale of its uranium enrichment activities, had allowed inspectors access to its heavy water reactor at Arak and allowed better monitoring of its uranium enrichment plant at Natanz. The classified IAEA report was published on the website of the Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security, a non-partisan institution that focuses on bringing about greater transparency of nuclear activities worldwide and stopping the spread of nuclear weapons. >>>Person | About | Day |
