The Gisha Legal Center for Freedom of Movement NGO rebuked “Israel for preventing the reconstruction of Gaza by restricting the supply of cement, water, sanitation and health care and electricity.”
Humanitarians pleaded that Israel let cement into Gaza. Israel let some in, for a British WWI memorial. Israel prepared to let more in for infrastructure. Then it learned that Hamas had seized some of the first shipment for its own bunkers and bases. Now Israel is reconsidering withholding the second shipment.
Hamas cynically exploits humanitarian sentiment to boost its military capability //www.imra.org.il/ Independent Media Review Analysis, 8/16).
Meanwhile, anti-Zionists continue to blame Gaza's plight entirely on Israel.
Weeks ago, I reported other Hamas theft of humanitarian aid. The humanitarians should denounce Hamas for stealing from civilians and spoiling their building plans. These tender hearts do not acknowledge Israel’s original need to embargo Gaza. Their sympathy is misplaced and unjust.

Just like IRI is a disgrace
by Farhad Kashani on Fri Sep 11, 2009 03:03 PM PDTJust like IRI is a disgrace to the great Iranian people, Hamas is a disgrace to the majority educated, civilized and moderate Palestinian people. If Hamas gets it way, Palestinians will face a tougher battle fighting against these thugs than they have right now fighting the Israelis!
Shame on the international community for staying silent
