MASJED SOLEYMAN, Khuzestan Province, Sept. 26 (Mehr News Agency) – Expediency Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaii has put forward a proposal calling for the establishment of a national committee for election affairs without the interference of ruling factions. "National committee for elections should be established so that the government is barred from involvement in election affairs" and this will increase the people's trust, he said in a meeting with university students in Masjed Soleyman, Khuzestan Province. Flaws in the previous elections should be corrected otherwise the country's religious democracy would be undermined, he added. However, he said the problems can be resolved through brotherhood and unity among all people loyal to the Islamic Republic system.
