WATCH: 'War criminal' cat-calls interrupt Olmert Chicago speech
By Haaretz Service
The world is continuing to voice its criticism of Israel's offensive in the Gaza Strip last winter. A recent online video shows former Israeli prime minister Ehud Olmert faced with calls of "war criminal" and "murderer" during a speech at the University of Chicago on Thursday.
"War crimes are not free expression," yelled one audience member, and was escorted out of the building by security. Another protester waved around a document containing the names of the Palestinians killed during the Gaza offensive.
The 7-minute video was posted on the internet by the "Electronic Intifada," a news service which reports on the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict from a Palestinian perspective.
