Qatar's Crown Prince Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in Tehran on Tuesday.

During the meeting Ahmadinejad said the two countries enjoy brotherly relations and should expand their cooperation at regional and international level.

The president praised Qatar's active and constructive role in the Middle East and called for a quick expansion of relations with Doha.

The president went on to say that enemies are seeking to resolve their economic and political problems through spreading war in the entire region and that is why regional countries should be more united than ever.
