by Veiled Prophet of Khorasan on Mon Mar 08, 2010 12:26 PM PSTIf you call that "justice" then you truly no idea what justice is. The fact that a show trial court convicts someone does not make them guilty. These are like the courts in Nazi Germany or Soviet Union. They are an offense to justice and their judges should be dragged out to Nuremberg or the Hague for crimes against humanity.
The only good thing that comes out of this is people losing faith in Islam. That will hopefully put a stake in the heart of this heartless "religion".
I defy IRI; Khomeini; Khamenei; AN and all the fake religious Imams. These people would not know God from the Devil they worship.

by Gavazn on Mon Mar 08, 2010 12:05 PM PSTI'm with Asteroid here. To use God as an excuse to slap death trials on people for having political views is madness. And all this conspiracy theories that Iranians have of "coluding" with enemies to stop journalistic freedom etc is censorship . Show Trials and death threats to people wanting change is barbaric. Now you can start shouting at me as well, but I am going along with the sensible attitudes here. Not your aggressive and cruel ideologies.

by Veiled Prophet of Khorasan on Mon Mar 08, 2010 11:53 AM PSThell are this assholes to claim to speak for God? I truly wish there is a God and take care of Khamenei. These are the most anti-God people in the world. How dare they equate opposition to them with opposition to God? These are pieces of s***. I rather die than to follow Imam my a***.

University president?
by fussygorilla on Sun Mar 07, 2010 11:26 PM PSTSo what if he was a University President or if he has prostate cancer, or anything else? If he is tried in court and found guilty of undermining the government (regardless of whether one agrees or disagrees with it) and having contacts with foreign governments, then he should be punished as anyone else. My point is that if there is justice, it should be equally applied to all regardless of class, position, health, or age or any other reason. You guys who are screaming for "rights" and "democracy", are advertising his age, positon, and health to indicate what?
He is 76 and has prostate cancer

So depressing ... what has God got to do with anything with these barbarians? Some say the authorities have been misusing the term “moharebeh,” which according to Iranian law applies to someone who has taken up arms against the establishment.
Just let the man go, he is dying anyway... they keep talking about God but where is the compassion?
