در شرق افغانستان صدها نفر با انجام تظاهراتی اعدام چند شهروند ایرانی در تهران را محکوم کردند. پیش از این نیز افغانها با برگزاری حداقل چهار راهپیمایی اعدام چند شهروند افغان در ایران را محکوم کردند. دولت افغانستان تایید می کند که 9 افغان به جرم قاچاق مواد مخدر در ایران اعدام شده اند.
