Iran Aims for the Stars and Military Strength

Iran has assembled the largest, most diverse ballistic-missile arsenal in the Gulf and Middle East, according to a new analysis by the International Institute for Strategic Studies.

While the Islamic Republic insists that its missile development is entirely defensive in nature there is little doubt that its capabilities are increasing rapidly.

A new medium-range, solid-propellant missile, the Sajjil (Baked Clay) constitutes a major leap forward with a potential capability to deliver a 750 kg warhead a distance of 2,200 km.

The Sajjil’s exact purpose is as yet unclear. In a detailed study of the country’s growing ballistic missile capabilities, the IISS notes that Iran is the only country to have developed a missile of such reach without first having developed nuclear weapons.

The stepping up of missile development comes as the US is attempting to co-ordinate sanctions against Tehran with the aim is of obtaining more disclosure from Iran over its nuclear programme and an end to any attempts to translate this to weapons development.

Thanks for pointing out my mistake. I will correct the text. However, since the whole point of language is "communication", in this regard I mustsay that the purpose was served well. After all you got my point in its full meaning.

By the way, my "ilks" are young Iranians. What are your "ilks"? Does it
ever occur to your "ilks" that noone is sending anyone to do anything,
but the poeple of Iran itself are unhappy and want change? And that IRI
are in trouble for their own behavior? Despite your lies and propoganda
here which is doing nothing but making you look like a dalghak. 

Your "ilks" may be young Iranians, but not at all for the benefit of Iran but rather to use them to sacrifice their lives for chickens such as yourselves and your true "ilks" (you find quite a few here at IC)!

As for "Dalghak", frankly, you have missed it all. It is people like you who make every attempt to divert he world attention from the Israeli crimes against humanity to Iran, not for its human rights violations but rather primarily for its nuclear technology.

By the way, look into the mirror carefully next time. You will find a "Dalghak" that you have never seen before.

Kind of like Khomeini, who was hiding in Iraq pissing his pants, telling people to go out onto the streets and revolt so that he can makse himself king.  Or like Khamnei and Khomeini, who were pissing their pants during the war and sending little children to fight their war for them.. or kind of like you, hiding in South Lebanon and telling people in Iran to fight your wars for you.

Rest assured, those days are gone that traitors or cloaked Iranians like you succeed in anoter coup in Iran much like 1953!
