Police Foil Attempt To Smuggle Syabu In Underwear

A 22 year-old Iranian who tried to smuggle syabu in his underwear was arrested by police at KL International Airport (KLIA) Thursday night.

Selangor narcotics CID chief ACP Nordin Kadir said the suspect was arrested together with two other Iranians aged 26 and 27 years-old who just arrived from Iran at 11pm Thursday night.

"Six packets of syabu weighing 1.13kg were found in the front portion of three layers of underwear. Four packets of syabu weighing 3.7kg were found hidden in two baggages carried by the other suspects.
