درخواست صدور حکم اعدام برای حسین درخشان

روز گذشته اخباری در برخی از سایت‌ها مبنی بر درخواست صدور حکم اعدام برای حسین درخشان منتشر شد که پیگیری‌های خبرنگار رهانا نیز از صحت درخواست صدور حکم اعدام برای حسین درخشان خبر می‌دهد.

به گزارش رهانا، وضعیت روحی و جسمی حسین درخشان که هم اکنون در بند ۲ الف سپاه زندان اوین نگهداری می‌شود، بسیار بد و نگران کننده گزارش شده است. اولین دادگاه رسیدگی به اتهامات حسین درخشان در تاریخ دوم تیرماه ۱۳۸۸ برگزار شده بود که در آن دادگاه‌ اتهامات وی «تبلیغ علیه نظام به نفع گروه‌های معاند نظام، توهین به مقدسات و راه‌اندازی سایت‌های مستهجن و مبتذل» عنوان شده بود.

از جزئیات دیگر درخواست این حکم تاکنون اطلاعی در دست نیست. تارنمای «کم‌ترین» که روز گذشته خبر درخواست صدور حکم اعدام برای این وبلاگ‌‌نویس ایرانی ـ کانادایی را منتشر کرده «تنبیه حسین درخشان و عبرت سایرین» را از دلائل تقاضای این حکم اعدام عنوان کرده بود.

This is unconfirmed. Also, asking for the death sentence for a suspect doesn't necessarily mean that he has received the death sentence, but increasingly, as the judges' independence diminishes and disappears in the Iranian Judiciary, whatever the security officers and interrogators wish is named as the sentence. This sounds very ominous.

is evidence enough that this regime is afraid of its own shadow.  all the bogus charges against him stems from the fact that Islam is a cult incapable of modernizing itself.  it must be removed from the Iranian daily life and relegated to the sidelines, if not completely deposited into the dustbin of history.
