Notorious whistle-blowing web site WikiLeaks is suffering a second
distributed denial-of-service attack, as the furore over its recent
disclosure
of US diplomatic documents grows.
In an update to its
official
Twitter feed dated Tuesday 12.30 GMT, the site announced: "We are currently
under another DDoS attack."

Blame put on a hacker known as Jester (do you buy that?)
