Qatar, a tiny, wealthy and very image-conscious country in the Arabian Gulf, is not having a good week.

First, major news outlets published stories about vitriolic Facebook pages calling on Qatar residents to protest against Emir Hamad Bin Khalifa al Thani and his regime. Feb. 27 is the day, one said. Well, that day came and went.

STUPID HUFFINGTON POST ANOTHER BIG JOKE!!!

by zuruz on

I thought Huffington Post posses some sense of hummer. I guess not! This time Arianna Huffington is in bed with Arab dictators such as corrupt Qatari dictator Emir Hamad Bin Khalifa. I‘d like to ask her where the hell is a.r.a.b.i.a.n gulf? Arianna needs to do some research, read some ancient history books and materials and get her facts straight and not broadcast an illegal and fabricated name that created by some Arab terrorists and pan- Arabism like SADDAM and OSAMA. The Persian Gulf has been called Persian Gulf for thousands of years and it is a HISTORICAL LANDMARK and recognized by the United Nations Chapters and internationally recognized as well.  Before she opens her big mouth to appease Qatari dictator Amir who soon will follow his buddy dictators Mubarak and dictator Bin Ali and other Arab dictators by strong waves of tsunami of change from Arab dictatorship to democracy in Arab states via people power. I suggest to all 80 millions of Persians/ Iranians at home and abroad to boycott that stupid media and protest such a insult to the world ancient history and 80 millions of Persians/Iranians and world intellectuals, historians and people who preserve world’s ancient monuments/history by an unpopular media called Huffington Post. I also want to remind her that Qatar is only few decades old and British colonialism appointed a puppet Amir to serve the British interest in that tiny island and population is about 600,000 and lots of them are Persians and Asians. Qataris like other Arab nations in the Persian Gulf region never tasted freedom& democracy in their lifetime.
