WASHINGTON - According to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue, an arrest has been made in the pipe bomb explosion at a home in Potomac, Md.
The explosion occurred at the 9200 block of Inglewood Drive on March 16 at 9:15 p.m.
Investigators located an explosive device that detonated in front of the residence resulting in damage to windows and the interior of the house.
There were no injuries and no one was home at the time of the blast.
Security cameras attached to the house captured the explosion.
