Foxman is wrong. It is a threat. You can see the ramifications of having Shariah law in the UK, although it is not legally binding it is persuasive. There are also calls to incorporate it into the legal system here.  

There should only be ONE legal system in each country and should be secular and take precedence over those established by individual religions.
