Iran plans to send ships near the Atlantic coast of the United States, state-run Islamic Republic News Agency reported Tuesday, quoting a commander.

"The Navy of the Iranian Army will have a powerful presence near the United States borders," read the headline of the story, in Farsi.

Why not?...............It's totally legal........The forefathers who drafted the charter on the subject of  international waters had nothing, absolutely nothing, but the idea of supremacy of their respective nations in their "white" heads and must be rolling in their stinky graves now............Good.

OK now, let's make it technologically possible, and reliable Haji Admiral.............
