Sharp Differences Observed Among Leaders’
KUWAIT CITY, Oct 8: Iranian intelligence reports warn of the possibility of absolute chaos and large-scale violence in the Islamic Republic in the coming months, amid expectations of the inevitability of the fall of the regime in light of sharp divisions and disagreements among the conservatives and reports about the illness of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
An informed official working with the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and Security ‘Ettelat’ told the Ahwazi Islamic Sunni Organization about several confidential reports on the possibility of chaos in Iran in the coming months. He stressed intelligence centers in Kurdistan, Baluchistan and Azerbaijan are wary of great national revolutions which could erupt if chaos and protests prevail in Tehran and other major cities.
The official in the intelligence ministry described the situation as ‘disastrous,’ adding that the crisis between President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Minister of Intelligence Heidar Moslehi, who is backed by Khamenei, has led to differences between the leaders of intelligence and the agents planted by the Supreme Leader.
