دادگاه رسیدگی به اتهام‌های ابراهیم یزدی، دبیرکل نهضت آزادی ایران پس از چندبار به تعویق افتادن روز چهارشنبه (۱۱ آبان) برگزار شد. ابراهیم یزدی این دادگاه را غیرقانونی و فاقد صلاحیت خوانده و از دفاع از خود خودداری کرده است.

I hope they send you where they sent Ghotbzadeh you murderer. I still remember how Yazdi sent Shah's Generals & members of cabinet in front of executioner one after another. It was like a game of "Who-Can-Kill-More" between Khalkhali and CIA-import-judge Yazdi!
