Behnaz Yazdanfar, who was deemed incompetent in relation to Ms. Stryland's case and a string of other problematic liposuction and breast augmentation procedures between 2005 and 2008, has also been ordered to appear before the College of Physicians and Surgeons for a public reprimand.
