People, Lets not be so mean!
by Mitra from khuzistan (not verified) on Mon May 05, 2008 10:53 AM PDTPeople, Lets not be so mean! come on now why are we talking about her jewelery and clothing for? She is a genuine person who cares about Iran. You might not agree with the past regime but look at what we got now, a disaster! She has earn my respet even if that I do not care about having another dynasty. Lets have all our anger and critism towards IRI not Shabanoo Farah. It is a known fact that the late shah was deeply in love with Princess Soraya but all of that is in the past.Thay are both gone. May both of them rest in peace.
When we lost Shah we lost a great Father and our people are suffering because of it.lets focus on fighting with the Mullahs.
so that is my opinion and I am sticking with it! Thanks, Mitra
She is not good acctress either
by Alborzi (not verified) on Mon May 05, 2008 08:38 AM PDTShe is totally lost. She realizes that her son is singing in the wind and I am positive she is still upset about her daughter's loss. But just like many older generations ( including my parents ), cannot accept the past is gone as they say "Baad bord". Good luck to her she was better when she was young, but never as good as Sorraya //www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEgoZQRF7oM
Crocodile Tears
by Dariush (not verified) on Mon May 05, 2008 08:36 AM PDTThose tears are not out of love for poor Iranians. They are for what they have loss. Look at those apple polishers around her. That is a shame. With all that so called educations, they are as dumb as it gets. They speak of democracy while their whole system is undemocratic, a monarchy. Whether it is shah monarchy or religious monarchy it is all the same.
There was an old saying in Iran.
What is that, the first one kills the second one and the third one becomes free.
God, shah, Iran!
Who knows for sure that shah is even dead?
It is very much possible that, it was a Hollywood style trick. Since Iran was asking to trade shah with American hostages, they made up a cancer story and pretended he died. How is that possible that shah didn't know he had cancer prior to 1980. Perhaps he didn't have the money to pay for medical exams?
God Bless her and Iran
by farrad02 on Mon May 05, 2008 06:43 AM PDTShe can be considered a mother for all Iranians now! We should all respect her!
Clap Hard ...
by . (not verified) on Mon May 05, 2008 06:19 AM PDTThis is interesting. Her handler towards the end asks the people around to clap "hard". The reason is obvioulsy that the poor thing has very few supporters either inside or outside Iran. Very few people around to clp for her! Her dog probably has more followers.
VIVE LA SHAHBANOU
by Darius Kadivar on Mon May 05, 2008 06:13 AM PDTI have said it in the past, will say it today and will repeat it in the Future.
Zendeh Bad Shahbanou Farah Pahlavi !
she is a good actress
by mazfaz on Mon May 05, 2008 06:02 AM PDTi think she's better than cameron diaz and julia roberts in acting. she could have won tens of oscars and cannes and simorghes. why? because she really doesn't have any ideas what's happening in iran, as she is wearing all these jewels and nice dresses and her help is crying for the people of iran.
i think the pahlavi dynasty shouldn't come to power, because just like akhunds, they killed thousands but they took all the money out our glorious country
