We don't know the story!
by farrad02 on Sat Jan 26, 2008 08:23 AM PSTWe don't know the story! The shop keeper could be the victim here. And how would you like for someone to shove a camera in your face while discussing a routine business matter!
You are a looser Mr.
by MM (not verified) on Sat Jan 26, 2008 03:44 AM PSTYou are a looser Mr. rza030whatever. Take this crap video off the internet.

by Another lost iranian in France (not verified) on Sat Jan 26, 2008 02:31 AM PSTman, you must have a lot of free time ....

Sue the customer...
by jamshid on Fri Jan 25, 2008 08:58 PM PSTWhat about the dry cleaner's side of the story? I think the dry cleaner owner should immediately contact a lawyer, and sue the customer for character defamation, slander and libel. If someone knows this shop owner, please inform him of this cowardly video, so he can take legal action.
The shop owner has every right to sue the customer. I am not a lawyer, but this bit is from the internet:
Libel is a published or fixed form of defamation of character; a civil wrong that falsely impugns the reputation or character of a person or entity, opening the target up to public scorn or ridicule. Libel might appear in a magazine, book, newspaper, or in a radio or television broadcast. Signs, billboards or posters can also be mediums for libel. Online libel, takes electronic forms such as email, mailing lists, newsgroups, chat rooms, vodcasts and Web pages.
Jackass with a camera!
by Kamangir on Fri Jan 25, 2008 07:36 PM PSTI neither like nor appreciate the fact this video has been posted on the web. We have not seen your wife's clothes ruined (why don't you post a clip of it) on the other hand if I were the drycleaner guy I would truly smash your camera so you are left with no evidence of anything (it's clear that you wanted him to smash your nose while you were recording the incident to take him to court) This world is full of jackasses like you abusing businesses and staff because you're a customer.
you are an ass hole by any standards
by ass hole detector (not verified) on Fri Jan 25, 2008 04:18 PM PSTI have to judge with all the little information you have given us. The dry cleaner seems to be a nice man. He still manages to smile despite his frustration from your stupid use of camera on that occasion.
Listen body, you haven't encountered a bad Iranian yet. If he was a bad guy he would go to back of his shop and come back with a baseball bat and beat the crap out of you and sell your camera to a pond shop.
If you want to be an objective reporter you have to present the entire story, showing your own ugly face and give the man a chance to defend himself. You, by law are not authorized to video this man in his shop, outside yes, but not inside unless you have a valid credential to do so...
Don't do that to another Iranian...
So sue me
by Niki Tehranchi on Fri Jan 25, 2008 03:44 PM PSTMaybe he's planning to sue the guy for 65 million dollars like this lunatic: //abcnews.go.com/TheLaw/Story?id=3119381&page...
This video is an assault
by Blue-eyed Sheik (not verified) on Fri Jan 25, 2008 03:26 PM PSTYes, it's an assault against a shop owner without any context, substance or proof of any wrong-doing by him.
The videographer is guilty of character assassination. Let's see the other side of the story too.
