To Alborzi & Carpenter
by Balouchi (not verified) on Sun Mar 09, 2008 06:28 AM PDTWere you two fools even in Iran during the revolution?
Did you know the revolution was stolen by that dip shit (Khomeini) and the other fool (Yasser Arafat). We were protesting during those times and all we wanted was the release of 3000 political prisoners (bullshit)in Evin prison these rag heads had fed us and we were just glad to be out of school and chasing those mini-skirts, now go ask Zahra Kazemi how she is doing. Yes there were blood shed which led to unity against the Shah back then but We had no idea a half Indian who couldn't even speak Farsi was going to turn Iran into a toilet and now you two arm chair idiots sit in judgment of at least somebody who is trying to do something. Have you heard of Mikonos or Farrokhzad, have you even considered how he puts his life in danger everyday just by stepping out into the streets and you wonder why he does not have a job, who is paying you to morons? It is time again to see Mullahs hang from telephone poles just like the first Shah did. You first have to break some eggs before you make an omelet but this SOB ate the chicken whole feathers and all.

REZA PAHLAVI IS A LOSER
by John Carpenter III (not verified) on Wed Feb 20, 2008 05:05 PM PSTREZA IS A 100% LOSER.
HE HAS NO JOB.
AN UNEMPLOYED IDIOT AT BEST.
A FRAUD AT LEAST.
HE WILL NEVER BE KING.
THE MONARCHY IS OVER.
HE SHOULD GET A LIFE.
AND HE SHOULD RETURN ALL THE MONEY HE STOLE FROM THE IRANIAN MASSES.
REZA PAHLAVI CAN GO TO HELL.
REZA'S FATHER AND GRANDFATHER WERE LOSERS.
THE PAHLAVI'S ARE FECES.
ANYONE WHO SUPPORTS THE PAHLAVI'S IS EITHER GETTING PAID BY THEM OR IS AN IDIOT.
BY THE WAY, SAVAD KOH, MAZANDARAN, WHERE REZA PAHLAVI'S GRANDFATHER WAS BORN IS A DAHAT (VILLAGE). AND REZA PAHLAVI IS THE VILLAGE IDIOT.

"Ahmadinejad was pre-selected" ?
by Q on Wed Feb 20, 2008 04:31 PM PSTDon't make me laugh. Why is it none of you toole-sag's who claim Ahmadinejad was "pre selected", couldn't predict that he was going to win before the actual election? Hindsight is 20/20, and you are all full of shit! You brag about having some inside knowledge to your American friends, but you just do a lot of "khali bandi".
None of you who claim to understand Iran, nobody predicted he was going to win. Not Jr. Aghazadeh up there, not any of the "opposition" groups, not Michael Ledeen who claimed "only 4% of Iranians voted." Nobody!
All of you were saying "Larijani is Khamenei's favorite but Rafsanjani will steal the election" What happened geniuses? Only one thing became clear: you are full of shit. The Boycott which succeeded in making a total of 6% of voters stay home, helped Ahmadinejad win a close first round.
I wrote about this back than, but all of you were on your high horses, trying to determine the future of real Iranians who have to suffer the consequences. The only thing you achieved was to bring in Ahmadinejad. This doesn't work out bad at all for Monarchists, they got very close to the armed invasion they truly wanted. But not quite.
Now, go ahead and boycott again. This time no one will listen to you.

by Bored Iranian dude (not verified) on Wed Feb 20, 2008 04:17 PM PSTBla bla bla, Every word you say is true dear ex-prince, the problem is, you have no trust amongst your people as your family failed us over 50 years ago when your father gave into the brits, and mismanaged Iran forcing a catastrophic revolution in 79.. So please stop supporting this man as if he is a prophet, he has weak blood, as did his father, and he speaks what any sane secularist political active Iranian in Iran knows. No to mullahs or to a monarchy, yes to a pure republic.

by Classy Mother... (not verified) on Wed Feb 20, 2008 03:30 PM PSTDid I hear “Shazdeh Joon” say “Achmaz”? Is that a proper word used by a royal mouth? There’s another word used for people who say “Achmaz” … it’s called “Javad”.
Shazdeh joon … years of unemployment and flat out being a true Pahlavi has made you a classless, Javad dude. The same “laateh joonoob shahri” type which you pretend to be way above. Youtube is truly a wonderful gift! I’d love to see more of Shazdeh’s dinner conversation with the Pahlavis!
Turkey-Zdeh joon (armature video editor), your cheesy background music is really drama-weak. If you ever need torture pictures of Savak or Meydooneh Zhalleh massacre images, ask us to provide them to you. Or ask "Shazdeh" if he hasn't deleted them from his memory!
When a country is ruled by dictators for 2500 years … the mullahs are only tip of the iceberg. Iran’s violent history is much older than 29 years of IRI. Mr. Pahlavi shouldn’t try too hard to distance himself from the Mullahs … he should try to distance himself from his own daddy. Dude…we’re not all buying yor cheap talks! As a matter of fact…some of us will be in your way. Trust me you and your family are 100% done. I guarantee you that.
F you monarchists… F you Mujaheds and F you Mullahs. You’re all the same shit. F you all from the bottom of my heart.

Why vote
by Alborzi (not verified) on Wed Feb 20, 2008 02:42 PM PSTThat's a very interesting question, why vote for
oppressors. There are two reasons, 1-There is always a little better, for example Khatami was better than Ahmadinejad, but a more important issue is that when voting people are participants. Whoever is in carge feels some responsibility. Its like sitting and arguing or getting ready for battle. There is no point in not voting, its like all those Palestinians who boycotted Israel and now are living in camps. OO
WATCH & LISTEN TO THIS FILM TO THE END!
by PASARGOD TV (not verified) on Wed Feb 20, 2008 01:50 PM PSTLOOK AT THE CRIMES OF KHAMENEI! WHY SHOULD WE VOTE FOR OUR OPPRESSORS TO OPPRESS US EVEN MORE? WE ARE NOT IDIOTS! WHICH EDUCATED HUMAN BEING WOULD SAY FOR US TO GIVE A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS LEGITIMACY? WHICH IRANIAN IS NOT SMART ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT VOTING IN THESE STAGED SO-CALLED ELECTIONS GOES AGAINST ONES SELF INTERESTS. MR. AHMADINEJAD WAS PRE PICKED TO BECOME THE MULLAH REGIMES NEXT PRESIDENT FROM THE START IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PREVIOUS BOYCOTT BUT THE TRUE SYMBOLIC POINT OF THE LEVEL BY LEVEL BOYCOTTS IS TO SHOW THE REGIME OUR DEFIANCE TO THEIR CRUELTIES AND ON A GLOBAL SCALE TO SHOW THE WORLD COMMUNITY THAT OUR MAJORITY OF PEOPLE DO NOT APPROVE OF KHAMENEI'S REGIME. IN FACT THIS IS THAT POPULAR NONVIOLENT MOVEMENT TOWARDS OUR MUCH WANTED DEMOCRACY! SOME WOULD RATHER HAVE US BE QUIET AND GIVE IN TO EVERY SINGLE THING THAT THE MULLAHS WANT. AND I SAY TO THOSE OTHERS IF NOT FOR THESE PEACEFUL STEPS TOWARDS FREEDOM IN IRAN THEN WHAT WOULD YOU SUGGEST VIOLENCE? RETREAT? NO DEAR FRIENDS WE ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK WE SHOULD CONTINUE ON THIS TRACK OF NONVIOLENT CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE UP UNTIL WE FINALLY REACH OUR GOAL OF FREEDOM! WE THE IRANIANS ARE TIRED OF OUR BIASED ENEMIES CONSTANT STANDINGS IN OUR WAY! UNITY FOR FREEDOM!!!!!
cheat
by Anonymously (not verified) on Wed Feb 20, 2008 01:35 PM PSTDon't forget, in the last presidential election of Iran Ahmaghinejad was voted in by cheating. His supporters stuffed the ballot boxes. Kinda of like how Bushy got into office.
Unlike US, in Iran we expect the elections to be fraudulent, so no big surprise.
As far as you, "Ayatoilet"...in Farsi, "SAKET", or "SUCK IT", whichever suits you.

Why not criticize Khamenei
by Alborzi (not verified) on Wed Feb 20, 2008 01:06 PM PSTFirst of all, I would be the last person who says
you can't like this idiot, but you should realize that I think of this guy worst than his father. His father had an excuse for being coward and idiot, this guy's problem is that he was born with a silver spoon in his ass.
But you raised a valid question about why not khamenei, Khamenei's position is like Shah's, they rule by force and fear, you only question the person you are going to follow (or in this case not vote). In fact thats a great point let's say 2 years ago when a successful boycott was done Ahmadinejad got to power, are Iranians better off? The current election in the USA will end up with 2 non ideal persons. Boycott is not an answer. Only LA soosools will cry and take the ball home.

Bunch of chickens . . . look at us . . .
by AnonymousMe (not verified) on Wed Feb 20, 2008 11:48 AM PSTBunch of chickens . . . we are bunch of chickens. You should get my meaning.
Yes, he has not held a job. But why does not he have an organization with members all over the world? Let him lead that organization and find out how hard it is.
I believe he will gain more creditability if he lives or works from another country. His advisors should ask him to pack and live in a neutral country.
Agreed, VA and LA, there are many Shah-olhahi’s. He needs a wide support.
Don’t bring personal issues into this.
It is easy to sit in a biased country and ask people in Iran not to vote. I also remember when people were told they must bring their shanes nameh to show they voted during Ala-hazhart’s time.
Khar haman khar ast now faghat paloon avaz shodeh.
Rather than tell Mr. Reza Phalavi to get lost, I like to say . . . as long as we stay chicken, Iran will not change.

You have enforced that reality that Iranians within, despite the tyranny and intolerance, are far more illuminated and tolerant than some in exile, despite their exposure to openness and democracy, and those who are still driven by the slogans and propaganda of 30 years ago.
To Alborz: are you a better person?
by Farhad2008 (not verified) on Wed Feb 20, 2008 10:13 AM PSTReza pahlavi is saying what he thinks is right for iranian prople. I have my opinion and you have yours. Why dont you say these to khamenei? Why do you critic someones opinion and are quite to killers & murders?
What have You done for your pepole? What someones mother / sister does, is not my bisuness like what your sister & mother does. If you think being soosool is not good so dont be! why do you make discrimination of soosools? Do you perfer to be hezbolahi / arab and you feel having camelridder leader is better join them, be sure ill respect you :)
Why is he doing it?
by Alborzi (not verified) on Wed Feb 20, 2008 09:45 AM PSTHe likes to hear his own voice, feel he is some body. His wife works for living but he is only job is going and talking to LA soosools. Lets compare him with Khomeini, Khomeini actively planned with Shah's opposition, he actively campaigned with all the news media and American institutions. Now this VA soosool has money (Khmomeini did not), has many many opposition in Iran, but he likes the confines of LA and VA and soosools, while his (gorgeous) wife works. Do you guys think that he is taken seriously for 1 minute.
Some Of You Are So Blind........
by Kaveh Nouraee on Wed Feb 20, 2008 09:30 AM PSTThere are many people, including myself, who not only believe, but KNOW that the elections in Iran are a joke, and not a very good one at that.
Only "approved" candidates may run, which is a complete contradiction of the electoral process to begin with. But that's typical Iranian bullshit in action. The same Irani-baazi that has kept Iran in a hole that gets deeper by the minute.
These elections SHOULD be boycotted. It is a colossal waste of time, as it has already been pre-determined who will be in what position. When Khak-menei has the final word on all matters, which by the way is the definition of a dictatorship, anything under the guise of electoral process is meaningless.
The problem with some of you is that Reza Pahlavi is saying the same thing.
SO WHAT?
Personal opinions of him are of no consequence. I am sure his feelings for some of you are mutual. And I doubt he is losing any sleep over it or getting worked up the way these akhoonds are.
However what he is saying is correct.

Nobody is listening
by Anonymous-today (not verified) on Wed Feb 20, 2008 09:09 AM PSTLet's for once listen to what the guy says. I'm convinced 90% of people who post comments on contentious topics like this on this site never read the text or listen to the clip; Left, Right or Centre. I'm no fan of Pahlavis but stick to what the guy says. The video though is atrocious. it's trying to be militant but only looks and sounds like some cheesy Tehrangeles production. The call for boycott may have some validity regardless of who is issuing it. How do you deal with an election that has put you in a hole to begin with. A low turn out may be the best response to the virtually one-party system the extremists and Mr. Khamenei are trying to create. But then an indifferent electorate may be interpreted as a content electorate. This is true in any country regardless of its system, even in USA where the chance for an independent running for any office higher than a councilman is practically zero. Perhaps the best option is to go and put "VOID" on the ballot. By the way, why is Pahlavi calling this a Soviet style or Latin American style election? Was his father's elections any better than this? Was Iran's Majles not a rubber stamp parliament under his father? Has this guy ever done an honest analysis of his father's era? Was democracy not good for Iran back then and now is good? I'd be honestly interested if someone can guide me to any of his writings or speeches regarding this.
