Visiting International scholar at the Stanford University's Humanities Center in Palo Alto, California, in the Fall of 2009. Namjoo performed a few of his songs, which incorporate elements of persian classical poetry (Rumi) and western musical influences including the Blues, for the Humanities Center fellows.
