Many thanks to Dariush. He has helped Iran through so many periods, so many obstacles. This is not about old or new. It's about loving your country, your culture, and wanting to sing for it. He doeas a great job as far as I am concerned.

You are right but I think the young singers can use idols and mentors. If an "old timer" like Dariush takes one step in anydirection, the young singers would explore that one step in 100 more teps and add their own directions and blossom it to different branches.

Looking up to old timers is not a bad thing.
