Following the brutal murder of a pregnant woman in a German courtroom, Iran’s president criticizes the West for being selective in its stance on human rights…Ahmadinejad drew a parallel between the Western governments and medieval slavers, saying that “in their point of view ‘they’ are the upper class and the rest of the people are slaves.”…”Today, the German government is acting like slavers. [It] smiles at this crime (el-Sherbini’s murder) and doesn’t even express regret,” Ahmadinejad said…The Iranian president also called on the UN Security Council to condemn Germany. “We request the Security Council to condemn and impose sanctions on them (Germany).”
