On top of the world

Letter to iranian.com:

I am looking for a portrait of the late Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. In this painting the late Shah is pictured in military dress, standing with one foot propped on top of the world. At the top or the bottom (I cannot remember) of the picture are the words "King of Kings and Lord of Lords" (or something very close to that).

I saw this portrait at the customs station at the Turkish/Iranian border (on the way to Tabriz) in Feb/Mar 1976. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
