A sketch of Saeed Emami, a.k.a. Eslami. The former senior intelligence official Saeed Emami reportedly commited suicide last month by swallowing hair-removal powder. He was in prison on charges of involvement in a string of political murders in the fall of 1998. The media in Iran had been ordered not to publish his photograph (see other photo). A friend of his from college days in the U.S. confirmed to The Iranian that this sketch closely resembles Emami. From Kayhan newspaper published in London, July
