December 20, 2002 My son Aryan (2nd from right) is my Iranian of the day for being inducted into the International Baccalaureate program. 105 top students from different middle schools went through the two-year preliminary program and only 54 were inducted into the IB program. Aryan was one of the four students elected to recite the poem "Never Quit" in a foreign language. He recited it in Farsi and the audince loved it. Here he is with his friends.
