March 30, 2003 Our beloved teacher and mentor, Mr. Khalil M. Dilmaghani passed away in Los Angeles on Friday, March 21, 2003. Mr. Dilmaghani established Kanoon Theater in 1997 in Los Angeles where he trained many students of Persian theater and staged many plays. Kanoon Theater, under the supervision of Mr. Dilmaghani, reviewed the history of Persian modern theater starting from 150 years ago to the contemporary era.
