Payman Arabshahi
Payman Arabshahi obtained his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1994. He has since served on the faculties of the University of Washington, and the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and consulted for Neda Communications, Bellevue, Washington.
Presently he is a research scientist with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology, Pasadena. His teaching and research interests are in intelligent systems, digital signal processing and digital communications. Payman can be reached at payman@neda.com
