The women sitting next to the Shah are respectively on his left Anne-Marie of Denmark ( the wife of Former King of Greece Constantine II of Greece ) and to his right Alia Baha ed din Toukan wife of King Hussein of Jordan. The latter dies in a Helicopter crash a few years later.
As for the other women and men they are the Shah's brothers and brothers in law and Sister Princesss Shams.
I very much doubt that the evening in question ended up in a Collective Orgy between Heads of State and incestuous sex ...
