 A Russian military Il-76 Ilyushin transport plane, the same model as the one that crashed in Iran on Wednesday, Feb., 19, 2003, takes off at a military airfield near Ryazan, 150 kilometers (93 miles) southeast of Moscow in this June 24, 2000 photo. Strong wind, fog and rain forced authorities to call off efforts late Thursday, Feb. 20, to recover the remains of 302 elite troops killed in Iran's deadliest plane crash.
