In memory of Azar Abooameri (Zahir), Bonyad
Azar was founded
soon after the Bam earthquake to support surviving children
and
widows.
Eight children live in a house in the
city of Kerman. These children [- Roghayeh
Abroush - Mahdieh
Balangi - Hadis
Kamkar - Parissa
Najafi-pour - Khatereh
Rohani -]
go to school and make an effort to live
a normal life under the circumstances.
The
plan
is to
build a house in Bam as soon as possible so that these kids and
those
who may be a member of the family in the future have the opportunity
to grow up in their hometown and among their relatives. After
all, Bam belongs to them.
Mrs. Maryam Zahir, the founder, and nine dedicated volunteers
in the board of directors envision the activities of the Bonyad.
In addition
to the volunteers, there are eight people on its payroll: a
manager, three social workers, a tutor, a cook, a housekeeper,
and a driver.
It is a great collective effort for a greater cause.
Here is an opportunity for all of us to contribute to the welfare
of these children. If this humanitarian cause is
a matter
of interest to you, please complete the attached membership
form and submit it with your contribution. Your financial
support will go a long way and make a real difference. Thank
you for your
generosity
and God
bless.
