Veiled Prophet of Khorasan
by Kooshan on Tue Feb 02, 2010 09:20 PM PSTWe have a long way to come to where America is NOW. Majority of Iranians cherish the American freedom and sometimes intentionally and sometimes unintentionally abuse it depending on how long one has lived in America. I can say that for some a decade was enough to get in tune with civil laws here and for some 30+ years is not cutting it yet!
So, We have a long way to go in Iran to get where America is, my friend! We have to overcome the traditionalism...and that takes two generations and lots of teaching power to get deep into the fiber of society and set the people free from their worst enemy: being slave to their ignorance. I do NOT , by no means, intend to disrespect great Iranian people but basic education to high school level for >80% of population is necessary to get rid of the RULERs who would be GODs. That is our problem, anyone who gets in power wants to become absolute ruler because they have no respect for uneducated population....
Fantastic clip...
by Arthimis on Tue Feb 02, 2010 10:29 AM PSTHezar Aafareen to Iranian protestors against Satanic Republic's traitors... They really gave them a party to remember... :0)
French Gendarmerie (Police) was fantastic and sympathetic toward Iranian protestors and prpotected them very well against the hezbollah terrorists. In one instance, the Persian guy with Kolah namadi hat was explaining to the Gendarm(Police) how Sohrab (In Iran) was killed by the Basiji ( Islamic satan worshipers) and the French guy was sypathetic toward Iranian.
In another instance another Gendarm was telling Iranian protestors not to answer back with slogans when the Asshole Islamic were trying to charge and attack like bastards they are!
French Gendarmerie truly protected Iranian men, women and children in France against the Islamic thugs representing Iran with bunch of terrorists!!!! They gave the Islamic Terrorists a great lesson not to ever attack people physically in a civilized country! That's how they understand maybe! Getting beat up in their brainless heads! Vive La France
Finally, I loved the way the got one of those terrorists on the ground handcuffed... The son of bitch thought he was in Iran attacking the protestors like a thug!I am happy the satanic Republic agents got their asses kicked and humilated in the fashion they really deserve.
Wait until 22 Bahman, and Iranians are going to beat you even more, suckers...
Sargord, You are full of you know what! You and your likes are truly pathetic...Get a new job...
Here they come...
by bachenavvab on Tue Feb 02, 2010 10:28 AM PSTIf it wasn’t for the IRI supporters/agents, the opposition (in the States) would eat each others' young. They don’t have to do anything; we will do their job for them and just fall apart all on our own. Unless we figure out how to balance conflict with consent and then find common grounds that would unite us, we can not live up to our responsibilities of being Iranians abroad during these critical times. What is the cause of this apathy and non-action? Is it analysis paralysis or are we, by nature, side liners? Is there a common ground between the monarchists, leftists, secular republicans, and Mojaheds (within the States)? I challenge you to propose three slogans that can unite them all against the IRI. The slogans of the Green movement inside Iran don’t seem to do the job.
Hmmm very small 'green' crowd...!
by mamadali on Tue Feb 02, 2010 08:55 AM PSTVallah, I didn't see anyone 'kotak bekhoreh'. What I did see, however, was:
- What, 10-15 protesters? Oh come on!
- They chanted in foreign terms: "Shame on you', 'deek tah tor', etc. The average Iranian doesn't know what 'shame on you' or 'deek tah tor' means. Obviously catering to the foreign crowd and not to the Iranian people.
The 'green' movement has lost its way, infested with shahis, MKOS, etc, and now purely an instrument of foreigners and those that do not wish us the proud Iranian nation well. Those that don't see these clear signals and write on these boards as such, in my opnion, are either not well versed, out of touch, or do not have good intentions for our proud nation. At the very best they are now a member of a VERY small minority, so they don't matter anyway.
Yes, much can change. Yes, much can improve. And it will. But not by these folks.
Javedan Iran!

since 30 years of hatred has piled up among the "Guardians of Freedom

Why? Americans do not tolerate each other. Just look at the tea party vs Obama. They have freedom. We cannot just give up on ourselves. Who are "Guardians of Freedom for Iran"?
If you mean some people will be tried that is probably true. I do not expect any major brutality. That is the province of the IRR.
LOL: pop quiz
by Q on Mon Feb 01, 2010 10:35 PM PSTwhich person with severe "issues and complexes" as well as a complete lack of "tolerance" for any criticism said this?
I won't say anymore as this is the time for unity
For someone passing out pop-psychology advice, you sure seem incapable of controlling yourself.
However, it hasn't been a complete waste of time. As I explained in my first analysis of the video, there really exists a big difference between those Iranians reflecting the aspirations of the nation, and those hung up on useless self-image, glamor and appearances.

I wonder if the history will ever repeat!
by Kooshan on Mon Feb 01, 2010 09:23 PM PSTThe revolution happened in the name of FREEDOM and INDEPENDENCE. We have led ourselves to INDEPENDENCE in the way of ISOLATIONISM. But there is no sense of FREEDOM.
As long as we can not tolerate each other, we will not honor freedom. Who knows what will come after another revolution. One thing I'm sure of is it won't be Democratic. It will be even mre brutal than 1978 since 30 years of hatred has piled up among the "Guardians of Freedom for Iran".
Before any changes, we need to have a change in heart and in mind within. We will then be able to have a lasting freedom in our country.
You remind me of the nonor kids we all know
by Hovakhshatare on Mon Feb 01, 2010 07:46 PM PSTNo mattter how one spoke with them and in what tone, they always ended up crying or complaining, even when you left them alone.
Try coming up with an original sentence of your own instead of misusing and copying mine in quotation marks. And then bringing Freedom into your innuendo. Just about everything you said is nonsense including bettering other Iranians as though you qualify. Never mind putting yourself on the pedestal.
I made a comment to DK and you chose to attack me and him based on your complexes and issues, you did not offer any criticism for anyone. In the unlikely scenario that you would actually muster to come up with a criticism, I (and I suspect DK) am unlikely to respond favorably to you based on your history and footprint. And your comments indicate you don't care for mine either. So when you call an attack, criticism, you fool only yourself. Now you can't handle that you are called on it but per nonor example you won't stay quiet either. Good riddance.

A good life lesson for you Hovakh,
by Q on Mon Feb 01, 2010 06:48 PM PSTIf you are nearly as interested in "freedom" as you advertise yourself to be, you need to understand and learn how to live with criticism. Incidently this is the same problem with hardliners that you see in the video above.
Your mental perception of "nebulous" and your understanding of "tolerance" also could use a lot of improvement.
What better way to use this time of unity than for the betterment of Iran and fellow Iranians.
PS. I won't say anymore as this is a time of "tolerance" as you said.
They imported a bus full of killers to fight the demonstrators!
by obama on Mon Feb 01, 2010 08:28 PM PSTThey called in the bus full of basijis as their army without the motorcycles and guns. They even carried CHOMAGH! Brothers? These are worse than Yazid who are willing to kill their own blood brothers! Don't be so naive!
(I wish there were more than one camera so we could have a close up of them to expose them.)
That really goes to tell you what kind of criminals you are dealing with! They are all LAAT! If they don't let you have a peaceful protest in Paris, and attack you, how much more when you are in Iran!
This is a regime of thugs and killers that must be destroyed for the sake of Iran and Iranians. Our unity is the only weapon against them. These guys are total embarrassment to us! No wonder we have no respect around the world anymore with these CHAGHOO KESHA! I'd bet they all had knives on them.
Q, if you feel like praising this protest, don't feel you need
by Hovakhshatare on Mon Feb 01, 2010 04:39 PM PSTto make it a thesis and then use is as attack on your mental perception of others, including 'fossilized reactionary forces outside of the country' which is a rather nebulous & random attack that quite frankly anyone, including yourself will fit in it quite nicely. I am not a monarchist so will leave it to DK to respond to you on your indirect attack on monarchy as a part of Iran's past.
You are the one who does not get it & put it on display too. I won't say anymore as this is the time for unity and I'll tolerate even your half baked ideas and philosophy, as long as you support these protests.

I salute the protestors
by Q on Mon Feb 01, 2010 01:08 PM PSTa huge victory for the greens.
The reason this worked (i.e. forced the coup regime to embarrass itself) was simple:
They had no answer. The protestor didn't give them any excuse to dismiss the protests even mentally. There was no Saltanat Talabs, Mojaheds or any violence on their part. This is exactly how it is in Iran and that's why it is effective.
It has nothing to do with fossilized reactionary forces outside of the country who are completely irrelevant inside of Iran.
This protest reflect the freedom movement, and does not try to own it.
Organizers in North America should learn from them. The guy in the green scarf is more of a leader than many of the loudmouths who try to monopolize the media coverage of the movement.
Havok and DK still don't get it. It's not about glamour. This is a high moment in the history of Iranian freedom and I'm proud of it.
