هر چه این آقایون سعی میکنند ولایت وقیح را اسلامی و مردم پسند جلوه دهند بوی گند این پدیده شیطانی بیشتر و بیشتر میشود.

Ali P. Jaan Not always look at Queen Elizabeth II ...
by Darius Kadivar on Sun May 08, 2011 05:27 PM PDTGod save the Queen: British royalty, church have long been aligned
Royals are NOT Elected !
European monarchies are only Benevolently Democratic:
How Truly Democratic And Stable Is The British Monarchy?
But in practice given the democratic nature of modern european societies the "divine" nature of Kingship in overlooked but it still exists. Notably underlined during Coronations where in the case of the Queen of England ( also head of the Church of England) she is Anointed:
ROYAL FORUM: Behind the Scenes of Queen Elizabeth II's Coronation in 1953
However Royal prerogatives can in certain circumstances even have their advantages in solving institutional or political crisis which could not have been otherwise. For instance as in the case of Belgium ( the Constitution of which inspired the 1906 One) today which has been without a government for nearly a year:
BBC News - Belgium reaches one year without a full government
In the absence of a strong majority to run the government ... it is the Unelected King who is currently taking charge
ROYAL FORUM: 'Shame' protest in Brussels calls for a Belgian government (Al Jazeera Inside Story)
Although this is rarely happens and the Political parties and institutions try to avoid the advent of such institutional crisis' from occurring yet they can take place and the Monarch in such circumstances can play a role based on his or her royal prerogatives.
In the case of Queen Elizabeth a similar situation resulted twice once in the mid 60's and in the mid 70's.
Had the same occurred in a Republic, the entire government would have been brought down.
From this point of view the Velayeteh fagih shares a common trait with that of a Monarch. The President being a Prime Minister.
As such whether a Velayeteh Fagih or King the government carries the policies in the name of the Monarch ( crowned or turbaned) and not in the name of the People who are mere "subjects".
The Only difference between the two as I mentioned is that one is Authentic ( the Monarch) the other an Illegitimate One ( the Turbaned Dynasty) ...
Yet both have a specific role defined by their respective Royal or Religious prerogatives.
The major difference is that a VF uses religion as a political argument to interfere in the affairs of the State, where as in the case of a monarch it is a legal or constitutional argument which can justify or not a Royal intervention.
I've always said that the IRI is a turbaned dynasty and that is quite coherent given the political history of Iran.
Except that in the case of a Constitutional Monarchy they don't use "virtue" or any other "moral" or "moralistic" pretext as a political argument in a given crisis. The Separation between State and Religion is clearly defined in practice whether it is the case of a Secular Republic like France or a Constitutional Monarchy like the UK, Benelux, Sweden or Spain.
Which proves if needed that regardless of the form of government in the end it is how one uses a given policy or state institution either for the betterment of one's fellow countrymen or for their misery ...
That is where one draws the line ...

Khameneii???
by Benyamin on Sun May 08, 2011 04:31 PM PDTEven as a dictator he has failed. He is a very bad manager. He did have alot of problems with Mirhosein during the Khomeini time and Khomeini saided with Mirhosein and today, he is experiencing alot of problems with Ahmadinejad which is clearly his "servant" and yet even Ahmadinejad is not able to follow because Khameneii is trying to micro manage from his "heram"!
Velayat e Fagheeh(vagheeh) and islamic government is a failed experience due to its nature and not just bad managers!
in islamic government the objection is to make sure that society is absolutely islamic even if the society have to sacrifice manythings from social justice to law and freedom. There is no other objection in today`s Iran! I have never heard Khameneii encourage people to drive better so they wont die, or keep citis cleaner, or talk about echo system and environement and so on. his main objection is about islam, plestine and Lebenon?
The Islamic government is nothing but a way for Mollahs to be in control and to be the centre of attention like bunch of teenage girls.

Minor difference
by Ali P. on Sun May 08, 2011 11:24 AM PDTIn Western democracies, the power is granted, and taken away, by people, the fallable human beings. People are constantly giving it- to their rulers- and taking it away.
In the Islamic Republic of Iran, the power (of velayateh fagheeh) is granted by God (the Allah version of her), who is infallable, and who seems not to ever want to take it away.
He is Absolutely Right except it's an Illegitimate One ;0)
