Last Prime Minister of Imperial Iran, Shahpour Bakhtiar denounces Mehdi Bazargan's provisionary government in exile during a Press conference with the French Media saying that he is Open to negotiating with him and the opposition to put an end to the dictatorship and chaos but will refuse to do so if they wish to declare a Republic be it Islamic or under anyother denomination. 

This is part of a French documentary from 2001 on the Iranian Revolution of 1979.
