disagreement.  Reality being what it is, though many are unaware, means
that democracy and progress are impossible for these societies to
realize due to Interests of The West.  The West is capable of destroying
the Civil Liberties and Civil Society it Pretends to Care for
deceitfully, by using the deceit of supporting democracy and unleashing
far more Harm than Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini All Combined.
