Maryam Savoji is one of the few Iranian artists to be featured online by London’s Saachi Gallery. Born in 1958 in Iran, Savoji is recipient of awards from the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Arts, Niavaran Academy, and Neda Art Gallery. She had a solo exhibition at Golestan Gallery in Tehran in June 2009.
