A few days ago, I came across an organization named Pathways. I had a chance to meet John Hartley, the executive director. “Pathways for mutual respect” is a non-profit organization which works to bring the people of US and Iran together for trust and mutual respect. It is time for people of Iran and America to start on a journey to learn more about each other and initiating dialogue for a mutual respect. I would like to ask you to take a moment and visit “pathways for mutual respect” website and if you are interested please contact them and get involved.
Here is the site: //pathwaysintl.net/

by Faribors Maleknasri M.D. (not verified) on Sat Jan 12, 2008 10:57 AM PSTAs far as I know it were the Iranians who tripped to USA with bycycles and peace peageons. The iranians - again only as far as I know - are eager to have friendly relations to every country. after the ISLAMIC REVOLUTION they said they plan first of all friendly relation to the naighbor countries. in a second stage with the countries thier most populations are moslems and third with all countries in the world. The americans are politically not interessted. from the media it is known that in USA who has made the most money is the most respected person. No matter HOW he has made it. legally or illegally this is never asked. If the person can not hide the crime of the tools she7he has used to make the money then she/he has totally failed. Actual works of the US-Imperialism in Persian Gulf and the criminal advantage they wanted to get by thier provocations can be appreciated by the following:
Iran: PG scenario made US laughingstock
Sat, 12 Jan 2008 21:36:47
An Iranian commander says the recent developments in the Persian Gulf should remind the US that Tehran will defend the Strait of Hormuz.
"The US' ridiculous charade in the Strait of Hormuz was a provocative act; hawkish White House officials wanted to test public opinion with their bogus scenario," Brigadier General Seyyed Masoud Jazayeri, the Deputy Head of the Armed Forces Headquarters said Saturday in a statement.
The statement, a copy of which was obtained by Press TV, added that the unsuccessful propaganda war against Iran has made the US a laughingstock.
It said the move by the US indicated that the White House is run by warmongering neoconservatives.
The Iranian commander went on to say that public opinion considers the fake footage of the incident released by the Pentagon as 'a joke'.
He called on Washington to withdraw its fleet from the region, saying the presence of the US in the Persian Gulf destabilizes the Middle East.
I for my part hope you will have success by your plan and that the american nation sets itself free of those devils. The great satan however is not so great any more, is laying in its death bed snapping air. Greeting
Interesting, but...
by scared (not verified) on Sat Jan 12, 2008 10:46 AM PSTDear Hajagha,
The stated objectives of this organization are honorable and plausible. But as an Iranian bitten by snakes multiple times, I'm scared of even a piece of rope resembling a snake. How can I be assured that this organization does not belong to Ms. Condoleezza Rice's $75M club?
