   For the payment,the accountant has been instructed to issue out an initial  US cashiers cheque payment of $9,950 as my relocation grant.This includes full move-in fee and Decorations.I do not know of any Decorators in USA since have never been there before but was able to conclude talks with one from UK who travels frequently to USA on Job contracts.The check will be  made out to you,you allocate the full first month rent plus deposit (for reservation till my arrival ) sum of $5,400  and the excess remitted to the  Home Decorator via Western Union Money Transfer .

Lenght of stay is two or three years and that why I want to decorate the place to my taste since am staying longer.

I am a humanitarian officer involved in projects that includes orphans, orphanages, heart related diseases in children between the ages of 7-8yrs.I will be staying for a minimum of 4 - 5months.
 
Am 27 years old from Belarus, I don't drink nor smoke but I’m cool living with people that do, no pets and no boyfriend because I am a very busy woman.
