The story of cruelty and the force makes the people silence The story of cruelty and the force of silence of people  If the dictators would read one of the books written about other dictators and think about their life and the end of their lives, so maybe they would get a lot bit more clever and would safe themselves and the people in time. Mr. Parviz Khatibi a Persian writer has a book name the story of Balkho city or the book of Balkho city, I think all dictators in the world can read his books or the translation of his books and they can get good lessons from them. 

 As he wrote in a funny way, so to read his book is also not boring.This Balkho city has nothing to do with the similar names that exist now. It is a special city and funny city, this book is written to guide people to the best way of their life and not to tease them. In the Balkho city the governor is a king or a president or a leader. In the time that he dies, they let a falcon fly in the biggest square of the city, so the falcon flies and in the time that he sat on the head of one person , he will be the king or president or the leader of the Balkho city for a while or forever.  The people say that the great power or the power that control the world had given a silver coin to a beggar and asked him to stay in a certain place.

 That old beggar should stay there for a while until they say to him he can go. Other people say also that they manage to have an artificial falcon like a real falcon, but it guide by the computer and they could guide the falcon where ever they want. So they planned to let the artificial falcon sit on the head of the old beggar. So he got in one minute the king of the city of Balkho. These people wanted to destroy the city of Balkho completely and for this reason they chose a beggar who had no knowledge to be the king of the city. They wanted that the people of Balkho city be dummy or without knowledge or be killed, so they could control the city much easier. They wanted that the thieves, immoralities and false saying, lying, murders and free sex without love be popular, so the families will be destroyed and  the people should be indifferent and without senses and be more and less like robots. 

 So in this way they could control them in the way they want. They wanted that the love, friendship, knowledge and thinking in good ways be taken off the city and the religions, nationalities, races be the best excuse for hate and murders. They wanted that the people be unfamiliar with science and humanity and be thought in cheap knowledge and old fashion knowledge and religions full of wrong teaching and hate. The people should not learn to critics and just listen whatever they order. So they should listen to whatever they are told and even kill other people if they got the command. They should be thieves and robbers or murders and fight with each other for simple thinks.

 The beggar who was a king now, did all their command even he did more cruelty as necessary, with other words he was even worse that they wished. The new king just listens to whatever the bosses told him and to make them happier he did even more as they command him.  He took by his people the girls and raped them and sold them to other countries as prostitutes and make money in this way.  If their parents protest, he orders them to be killed.  He took all valuable think from his city and sold them to foreign powers. The international thieves and murders have a permanent visa for the city and they could do in that city whatever they wanted. The people get poorer and poorer and could say anything as he would kill them, so they afraid to speak even loud.

The king killed the people easily and who speak loud or criticize him, would be taken in jail and in the jail, his people raped him or her with the bottles, they push them in their sluts or with the male sex organs of his male officers. He did to the men or women the same; he was against their sluts and destroys their sluts. Anus or vaginas of the people were damaged by him or his people.  Everybody knows that he got to the king thorn by false way, which was programmed by foreign experts. But now he said that the God has given him this authority and the God guided the falcon to sit on his head and God has chosen him for this position. Nobody should say anything against him, as he has been chosen by God and all people should listen to his command and do his wishes.

The poor yesterday beggar and today king keeps everybody in under the poverty, so nobody has the power to say anything. Nobody had any saving, so nobody dare to protest or not going to work, because for the same day he or she could not buy bread or food. So everybody was in a deadly silence. The stupid beggar who has not any knowledge at all and could even not think properly; now he had such a great position that the professors and wise people kissed his hand and humbled themselves against him.

The old wise generals and nice academic people kiss his ugly hand, because just he was chosen by a falcon to be a stupid king. Beautiful women and nice girls wanted to be with him and they showed that they enjoy being with him so much. He was a very beloved person for them; just because he paid them good money.  The beggar who speaks hours to get little money to buy food, now he could spend millions of dollars for whatever he wished.  The billions dollars were in his banks and in his name and he could spend them whenever he wanted. So some of his old friends get good position because he was the king and now these beggars got the position as ministers, ambassadors and they had nice lives because of him.

But the beggar closed the old ministries and opened new ministries which were different than other countries. He was for killing and he thought the killing is a good matter and the God loves this. He ordered himself people to be killed, he had about eighty beautiful wives and kept all of them in his harem and to control them, he employed some young men, but he ordered his people to cut their testis, so they could not do anything to his wives and just they could see them. And they do not have any feeling about the females at all.  He opened the ministry of killing and thieves, the ministries of sex without love.

The ministry of shit and the ministry of lie. And he appointed the ministers and ambassador by himself.  He changed the city of Balkho which was a normal city to a city below poverty.  His thieves took billions of dollars by tracks, buses, cars and even camels out of the city and gathered them in other states. The ministry of lie told the people that that news is only lie. He closed all universities and high schools or different type of schools so that the people could not study properly and could not understand the facts. His bossed told him that he should reduce the middle class and kill them. So he burns the food that millions of people died because of hunger. Most of these people were from middle class.

His plan was to destroy completely. His bosses wanted just rich class and poor class is in the city.  They wanted also to reduce the population so the control was much easier. Everybody should obey him without asking any questions. He thought he is sort of God.  One day one of the teachers of the Balkho said as still elementary school was opened. In my class a girl who was nice, beautiful and rich and also a good student was crying very badly. He asked her why she was crying, she told the teacher I afraid in the time that I am adult be a poor woman.  Or be a poor old woman. The teacher told her, you are such a beautiful girl and you are also intellectual and your parent is very rich, too. Why you afraid to be poor later? In chance that you get poor is almost zero. She said no Mr. Teacher, my parents will die and the city will take their wealth and I get nothing as I have no relationship with the king.

They rape me and put me in jail and after I am old and ugly they let me out, because they cannot have sex pleasure with me any more so I am old ugly and poor. I afraid from that day.  I realized that the girl was right. There is no law and no security in the city and everything can happen. One beggar get a king in few minutes and the nice people die in the jails and prisons. The king want that everybody should be beggars as he was in the past. Only some of his people should be rich and powerful, the ones who listen to him completely.  He wanted to kill all people who do not obey him totally, he wanted that the nice people should die or go out of city. He wanted to destroy the whole populations and destroy also the factories and companies.

 He did not want any university or high school or technical school be opened again. He did not like nice people, the ones who love the society and will work for the world or the city of Balkho. He wanted just a lot of servants, slaves and men without testis and a lot of beautiful women who are in his services and help his sexual activities. The king was like animal without any love feeling.
