This was a very pleasing video, to learn of historic details from Empress Farah and others interviewed on the history of the 2500 years celebrations and what was a service for all Iranians.  This was a wise and proud moment of the late shah.  For Iranians, it represents possibly the best 22 million dollars that were ever spent for a national and cultural celebration, for a country that was progressing and well on its way to being a developed nation.  Its value just in terms of positive media coverage abroad and tourism for iranian workers and businesses was estimated to be well over 100 times the cost of the event over just a few years.
