If so how? I thought MKO were small, aging with no presence inside or outside Iran?

In my humble Opinion there are others who are selling off Iran at a grand scale: Khamenei, Larijani Clan, ahmadi rafsanjani List goes on.......

Dear Ari, thanks for your cartoon

From 1979 to 1983 when I was in Iran and a teen-ager, I had friends who were Mojahed and friends who were Islamic (not mojahed).  I actually found the non Mojahed ones more tolerant of other ideas. That should say a lot when Islamic pro IRI youngesters were actually more tolerant than MKO members. Also I believe that Mojahedeen by their violent acts and killings of leaders of IRI in those early years, contributed to worsening political atmosphere in Iran.

It is not clear what this group is promising its supporters and members.  Under normal circumstances I wouldn't care, either, but when they draw European Parliament members and American politicians to their gatherings, I suppose I will need to find out.

One thing is certain: if they are able to announce Maryam Rajavi "President," presumably based upon some kind of elections for which only their members voted, they are not qualified to talk about anything bigger than their support base and Camp Ashraf residents.

P.S. The sight of their uniforms is super creepy!
